SERVICES
We provide supplemental food once monthly to those in need. Food box recipients who are able to cook in their home will be provided a box with miscellaneous can goods, baked goods, vegetables, various meat, and other extras we have available. Those who are unsheltered qualify for snack packs that include easy open, no cooking required food products.
FOOD SERVICES
In 2018, Longview Community Ministries partnered with Newgate Mission, and Meals With Love was born from a desire to provide fresh, hot, quality meals, and we have not looked back. Meals With Love is more than a nutritious meal... Regular social contact and interaction. Nutritious meals without the worry to cook, and less concern about the ability to maintain independence.
MEALS WITH LOVE
The Service Center meets many needs, including rent, mortgage, electricity, water, gas, and prescription assistance, birth certificate, social security acquisition, monthly dental clinic, work boots, non-skid shoes, educational life and job skill classes. During peak summer and winter months, we provide fans and heaters to those who qualify.
